The complex is located on top of a gentle hill overlooking the lovely surrounding countryside, with views across to the delightful neighbouring towns, caressed by a light breeze that makes the climate ever-pleasant even at the height of summer.

The large swimming pool measuring 16 x 8 m, entirely paved in mosaic, has its own spa bath affording panoramic views of the garden and of the enchanting surrounding landscape. Its ultra-modern sanitation system, fitted in 2019, disinfects the pool and regulates its pH using salts rather than chlorine, thus making swimming – as well as the taste of the water – much more pleasant. The large poolside area is made up of a covered portico, furnished with comfy outdoor lounge chairs and tables, and an open-air area with loungers and showers.

The 6 large comfortable bedrooms all have their own private bathroom, and are equipped with air conditioning and underfloor heating. Four of the 6 bedrooms are almost identical, measuring 40 m², elegantly furnished, with a double bed, sofa bed, wardrobe, desk, fridge and satellite TV.

The beautiful kitchen is newly-fitted, with a very large worktop, fully equipped, with a six-burner hob; two dishwashers; a large fridge with ice maker; a coffee machine with capsules, pods and a traditional Italian coffee machine, as well as all the kitchen equipment you need to make meal preparation go as smoothly as possible. The spacious indoor dining room can sit up to 16, while there is an identical dining room outside with a table and chairs seating up to 20 people.

Finally, the property also has a spacious living area with satellite TV and sofas. A few metres from the trullo and the swimming pool is a stand-alone villa with four large bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom.
