The house covers a surface area of about 60 square metres and is surrounded by a lush English garden, beyond which lies a large plot of land full of olive, almond and fruit trees. The garden has a barbecue and a porch for relaxing in.

A number of places with an outstanding cultural and artistic heritage are just a short drive away, including the white city of Ostuni, less than 15 km; Cisternino, one of Italy’s most beautiful towns, overlooking the Itria valley, is 25 km; and the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Alberobello, its town centre filled with over 2000 ancient trulli, is under 40; Monopoli and Polignano are also around 40 km. The beaches at the Torre Guaceto nature reserve are less than 15 km drive away while Brindisi airport lies at a distance of 35 km.
