The property can accommodate up to fourteen guests across its seven beautiful bedrooms, divided between two separate complexes, each with its own saltwater pool — one designed for relaxation, the other for fun and long-distance swimming.

Interiors

Both groups of trulli have been restored and furnished with great aesthetic sensitivity.

First complex: Trullo Magico

The entrance leads into a magnificent dining room with vaulted ceilings and a large table seating 12. Two monumental archways open onto a bright kitchen overlooking the pool.
The living areas are enhanced by contemporary design, comfortable sofas and cosy corners — perfect for reading, working or simply unwinding.

The sleeping area comprises:

• a master suite with pool view,
• a second double bedroom,
• a twin room with independent access to the terraces.

All rooms feature finely finished private bathrooms.

Second complex: Trullo Incantevole (40 metres from the first)

The entrance opens onto a spacious open-plan area with a dining zone and two sitting rooms: one intimate and cosy, the other featuring a designer fireplace.
The sleeping area consists of:

• a master suite with private bathroom,
• a second double bedroom with bathroom,
• a twin room with single beds.

Furnishings, colours, light and materials are in perfect harmony, creating soft, enveloping and extraordinarily relaxing spaces.

A third trullo, approximately 200 metres away, offers a room with a double bed, a bathroom, a small sitting room with kitchenette — the perfect option for adding a couple or a solo traveller to the main group. A private retreat, thoughtfully furnished to create a welcoming and refined atmosphere.

Outdoors

Surrounded by 2.5 hectares of olive grove, Trulli Incantati stands on a panoramic vantage point offering 360-degree views over the hills and woodlands of the Valle d'Itria.
Manicured lawns, stone pathways and sun-drenched terraces alternate with gentle shaded areas and peaceful corners perfect for meditation or quiet contemplation of nature.

Each complex has its own private saltwater pool:

• one with a jacuzzi corner and infinity edge, ideal for sunset moments;
• one designed for swimming, playing and relaxing.

Both are equipped with comfortable outdoor lounges, barbecues and wood-fired ovens — perfect for evenings of Apulian cooking, pizza nights or culinary lessons under the stars.
